AGRICULTURE

daughter of a farmer and rancher, Sharon cares about agriculture. She realizes that agriculture sustains

markets.
Require multiple use of public lands.

FAMILIES
As a
wife and mother, Sharon cares about families. She knows that traditional family values are the foundation
of our state.

and crime with access to affordable health care.

WATER AND ENERGY
As an
Idahoan, Sharon cares about water and energy. She recognizes the critical importance of water and energy to
the livelihoods of the citizens of Twin Falls County.
Sharon
believes in:
The Idaho state law of Prior
Appropriation, “first in time is first in right” principle.
Idaho’s right to appropriate and manage
water within its own borders.
A common sense energy policy that
encourages research, development, and conservation of our energy resources.
Consistent reasonable energy rates.
Fighting any attempt at deregulation
that raises Idaho’s electrical rates.
